Igraine starts in the Northeast at the Courts of Justice near the Grangrel Nest, follow's Amaury's scent to the "Royal Cafe" (which I arbitrarily decided becomes the "Hotel Cafe Royal" in our time), from there, picks up traces of the coca scent, following Ventrue's path back to his nest near the Royal Hospital Chelsea Chapel (which I assume is the Chelsea Royal Hospital) but his path happens to skirt by Big Ben.  Near Big Ben, she notices the scent of the coca is much stronger, which should lead her to run into Augustus, who is doing his own investigation at St. Catherine's Apothecary for Pharmacy which is near the Big Ben.

There, I justified Igraine and Augustus meeting.  My post will follow shortly.
