So I was looking through the images of both night sisters and the witches of dathomir.

From what I gather, night sisters are along the lines of an emo eldar. 

Witches are in to bondage and sugar skulls.

Now both share many of the same pictures so it was hard to really separate them. I could've read the wiki regarding both to get a better idea of them but honestly reading is for nerds.
