Muffet raised one of her hands to cover her mouth, hiding a giggle directed towards the flustered girl, who she now recognized as Ruiko. One of the Ethereal pet projects that ended up a failure. [color=9400D3]"So polite... Good on you, dearie, for minding your P's and Q's."[/color] Muffet replied to Ruiko as Eto approached the esper, hiding yet another giggle when she finished. 

Muffet's attention shifted from Ruiko to her partner, Eto, as the ghoulish girl came a stop before the young esper. The spider had already expected Eto's intention but she looked on with a grinning curiosity as she watched the girl flipped to a sadistic hunger in an instant. The moment those appendages came out, Muffet was already drawing her own weapon. A ceramic teapot followed by a matching teacup with accompanied saucer. Well it wasn't really drawing as just bringing the items she hid behind her back to full view as if she had some secret weapon hidden away from the invaders. But no, just her tea set.

Muffet poured herself a cup of a purple liquid that seem to glitter as light reflected off of it. She raised the cup and took a sip, giving an audible sound of delight from her small sip. It was something to soothe the feeling of nausea that was slowly creeping in as Muffet watched on, mostly in disgust, at Eto's transformation. It was nothing new but something about it just.. reeked. 

Muffet continued to watch the action develop as the six-eyed character stepped in front of his comrade and fired shots wildly into Eto's appendages. Taking that as her cue, Muffet decided it was her 'turn' in this battle. Taking her teapot, she reached out with it and delicately tipped the ceramic pot so that only two drops spilled out from the opening and onto the floor in front of her.

For a moment, nothing happened as Muffet watched her little drops of liquid, looking smug and satisfied with her contribution to the fight. But if someone focused in on those drops they could a slight vibration permeating across the liquid as if they were being heated violently. Then something unexpected happened. Muffet's first drop blew up into a non-transparent bubble and kept growing, past the point of physics, as the surface of the bubble grew large enough to encompass a small car, cloaking Muffet behind the purple bubble. As soon as the bubble reached a predestined point, it popped and suddenly everyone could see something that wasn't there in the first place. A buffalo-sized spider stood where the bubble had just been. Without a moment's hesitation it scurried over to it's mistress and prostrated itself before Muffet, offering her a 'ride' on top. Muffet hopped on just as Six-eyes shouted his command to Ruiko. The large spider scurried away from the encounter with Muffet riding on top, clearing her from the blast radius.

Taking another sip of her purple tea, Muffet eagerly watched on as her second drop began to spread across the floor of the lab to form a ball-sized puddle. Just like the bubble, the puddle was nontransparent, only showing a dark void of purple instead of the floor beneath the liquid. The liquid sat still, like a quiet lake, for a moment before something upset the surface, almost like fish popping their mouths up to feed. Then with one little black hairy leg, the first spider emerged. It looked just like an average household spider, but it was one of those big ones that looked really creepy. That spider managed to skip across the puddle and onto dry land before others emerged.

It only took mere moments but the floor around the puddle was covered with spiders scattering about the ground. Countless numbers of spiders were scurrying out from that puddle and headed right towards the intruders, all with a cute hungry look on their faces.
