Banha Akiyama

Conablum Labs
[@Absolis] [@Flamelord] [@Pirouette] [@Savato]
The staccato boom of the bolter mixed with the crack of the spike-throwing C-14 was like music to his ears. The occasional pause in firing gave Banha time to throw a frag grenade into the fray or use the grenade launcher on his gun. The spiders had appeared moments before, minions of the weird spider girl, and they were currently trying to kill them. He had already killed dozens but they just kept coming. He still raised the bandolier of inferno grenades threateningly at the appendages and they backed off, as if they recognised the threat and what it did to destroy their comrade. Shrapnel, spikes and fire were all over the place, mowing down the spiders like child's play. But still they marched, getting closer and closer. Banha had lost where Rivard had gone, he went to fight some other mook within the grasps of the Dark Outliners. 'If only they didn't hire maniacs, this would've been over much quickly.' He heard the audible thump of a body and the schlick sound of a sword exiting a body. Batarians had very keen sense of hearing and even with the gunfire, he had heard it. He looked over to the location of the sound and was instantly angered. The body of Absolis Rivard fell to the ground. He shifted fire from his bolter towards the one who killed him, the mini missiles of shrapnel doom flying straight to him. When his bolter ran dry, he swapped it for his M-99, firing incendiary rounds in the place of spikes. But when Saten raised an energy orb that would certainly kill most of them here, the Supreme Grand Leader almost paused in fighting to look at her with a dead stare. "Uh, Ruiko?" He continued to slay spiders as he whispered to her. It was evident that she was set in this decision. So he did what he did best. Kill things. But when the blades appendage of certain death speeded towards him, Banha of course, had to do something. He dropped his M-99, grabbed two of the discus like grenades in the bandolier, and chucked it at the monstrous appendage. It exploded in hellfire, no doubt incinerated in the blaze along with several dozen spiders. Charging through however was that crazy appendage lady that now really wanted to kill him. Deciding that it was either do or die, he chucked the entire first bandolier of Inferno Grenades, priming them with a single command. He then activated his Shinken, a glimmering orange blade simmering with heat. He was ready for this shit.

Nathaniel the Magician

Sydney, Australia, Arcadia-1
[@Savato] [@GrafRoy Zeppeli]
Nathaniel wasn't impressed, in the slightest. Even basic gene-enhanced Ork Boyz had a better chance to impress him. No, the Outliners needed way better henchmen. But the two individuals at the forefront of the group were people of interest even if they both exuded such arrogance that could only be second to Ramuthra's. He did respect the fact that they neither flinched away from the Greater Spirit's power or size, few could do that and also be invulnerable to his particle changing abilities. Nevertheless, he stood unimpressed with the whole show. Coolly ignoring Rb-y's comment, he bowed jokingly, his other three demons appearing next to him in their normal form. "Hello there, I am Nathaniel the Magician. I am afraid I am no mere "base anomaly". I am a traveller of the multiverse! I have visited hundreds if not thousands of universes on my lonesome, wandering the cosmos and beyond. And with my travels, I have gathered libraries of knowledge and I have heard many things of your "secretive" organisation. You may seem uptight but there are leaks and leaks are inevitable in a organisation that has existed for countless eons. I heard of your presence on the famed Arcadia-1, the anomaly that shook the very foundations of multiversal society. Imagine my luck that I managed to sneak onto this planet through the use of.... Let's call it teleportation?" Nathaniel paused, grinning slightly. And now his motives. "My motives? Well, I wish to join the Dark Outliners, of course." His mood darkened slightly, fifty demons ranging from djinni to marid began to rise from the ground, the Staff of Gladstone glowing a bright yellow. Jannilius stood on the forefront of all this, formed into a very large Tyranid Bio-Titan and growling at Rb-y. "But I wish to join you on equal footing of course. I offer you the power of the Other Place, knowledge of it's demons and how to summon them. You would have countless numbers of powerful soldiers at your disposal, not to mention the dragon behind me. But if I will be harassed by a petty mook of yours and put into an unfavourable position." He let himself trail off, his summons growling, biting and howling at the group. Fireballs were raised, shape shifters turned into big hulking beasts of death, the earth it self shook from the amount of power that was on display. Ramuthra roared, growing larger and larger than ever before. His eyes gleamed at the chance to kill something. "You would all, unfortunately, die and then I would have to confront the Envisioning One himself. But that is a most unpleasant outcome, and I hate unpleasantness." The summons stopped and Ramuthra stopped growing but all of them still had a predatory grin on their faces. "So, Rb-y, Ethereal, am I allowed to join?" Bartimaeus snickered.
