Usually your supposed to post Apps in the OOC before putting them in the character tab but it's okay, just know for other rps.
Over all it looks really good (except the formatting got goofed :0c)
If you wouldn't mind fixing the formatting (just put [/center] at the very end and delete the extra bits i put in with directions like "(first, middle, last)" in the character tab). 

Just a few clarifications though:
I'm assuming she just hasn't used the patronous charm yet and thats chill.
She'd be a sixth year at the minimum.
The 'magic police' would be part of the magical congress.
With your characters backstory she almost makes more sense as a muggleborn. :3c
In the appearance tab I was more of looking for a written description (sorry that probably wasn't clear).
