  The game starts as the players are first leaving the bunker, they wouldn't have anything too major. I'm fine with a gun, as they have them in the bunkers for policing and sport, but he wouldn't have any hard artillery.

  The game starts when the elders of the bunker are opening the doors for the first time since they were closed. They claim they are all leaving, but what really happens is the group of players will be sent out first, and the doors will close due to a malfunction, and the players will be trapped out in the harsh wasteland alone to fend for themselves.
