Ba'al and Tealc, Ha'tak, Central USA, Arcadia-1 Ba'al would admit that he was somewhat amused to see the reaction that the Alliance had to finding out that Nova was still alive at this point in time. They actually took it fairly well, all told, though he supposed that it wasn't too much of a mystery. Well, it was nothing for him to worry about after all. "Indeed," he replied, proving himself to be at ease with the group of leaders assembled before him. "He seems quite intent on getting rid of you and securing this world as his own." He had his own things to say on the matter, but for now he would allow the supposed God-Emperor to believe it, if only to make it easier for his ultimate betrayal later. But he would not dwell on that for too long, instead moving on. "Regardless, I assumed that an Alliance such as yourself would like to treat with someone who has the resources of multiple galaxies at his disposal. He may consider himself a God-Emperor, but I have dealt with my share of evolved beings before. Dealing with this one shouldn't be as hard." Anubis came to mind off the top of his head, earning an inward shudder. That hadn't been fun.
Goa'uld Base, Caracas, Venezuela, Arcadia-1 Red's effort at drawing the attention of the base was quite successful, by all accounts. Admittedly, the particular method had not been the best in that it had served to draw more hostile attention that she would have appreciated, but that was just something that she would have to handle. Certainly her shot had kicked the hornets nest as cries rose, movement intensifying in turn as the Jaffa responded to the attack. Soon enough she would find a group headed towards her, distinctly human in their metal armor, though they did have black markings on their forehead, of the same shape and size. They had staff weapons with them, and once they had drawn close enough they would come to a stop, weapons pointed at Red as the staff heads opened with a snap and a hum. Sure, they noticed the guard who had been on patrol, but he was a Jaffa and she wasn't. "Aray kree," the one in charge shouted, even as he advanced towards her. "Kree tal shal mak!" It was obvious that he expected some sort of answer to that, though what it was would be impossible to tell since Red probably didn't speak Goa'uld. Luckily for her though it would be explained by someone else, a person not with the original group even as he called out in English. "Alright, just stay where you are," he said even as he kept his staff weapon at a more relaxed position. "WHo are you, and what do you want?"
Saten Ruiko, Conablum Labs Ruiko had hoped that the sight of the object would give the enemy group some pause, at least without any idea of what it could do, but that seemed to not be the case. Instead the spiders kept coming, and the crazy girl kept attacking Banha, though he seemed to be holding on for the moment. This situation was untenable though, with no idea of how many others could show up, Absolis out of commission, and the odds continually growing against them. She didn't want to, but she had no choice. "Fine then," she said before tossing the fullgrimm. It didn't matter of they caught it, for once it left her hand it would shatter on contact, unleashing the full might of the soul contained within, a sliver of thousands of minds and souls combined into a single potent whole. Ruiko, Absolis, and Banha would go unharmed due to that very nature, but for everyone else there would be a blinding flash of purple before a shockwave rippled through reality. It would be ripped, torn asunder as an attack was launched on a psychic level, overloading the nullifiers in Conablum Labs as the fullgrimm went off with the force of multiple megatons, decimating everything nearby. Her gaze shielded by her hand, Ruiko returned afterwards to see the devastation left behind, shocked for a moment. But she was quick to recover as she looked to Banha. "Well then, this is a bust I guess. Go grab Absolis and then let's get out of here."
