Heya, I'm new around these parts but have been in desperate need of some roleplay as I've become too busy to be doing something enjoyable every day of the week but not busy enough to occupy all of my time. I used to play Neverwinter Nights and roleplay on servers there but my favorite server no longer exists and I've been looking for something to replace that.
A little bit about me...
I've been roleplaying for a little over six years now and work at a High Casual to Mid - Advanced level. I am currently unemployed but searching for a job that has fairly flexible hours considering I'm already booked up every week. I am currently a senior in Highschool at the age of 18. I am in a very happy relationship with my girlfriend who I plan on traveling the West Coast with once I graduate. We plan on settling down in Seattle where I'll begin looking into a career in photo journalism.
Right now I am in Recovery classes for drug addiction and alcoholism, which has been a huge problem in my life. I will always be an alcoholic and drug addict but I have been sober for two months now and feel great about it, hoping to remain sober for the rest of my life! Part of the reason I joined this site is to find roleplays which will help keep my mind occupied when ever I get cravings for alcohol and my drug of choice.
I also go to three AA meetings or more a week, along with one NA meeting which is my home group. Along with that, I have community service to complete and school every day of the week, as I mentioned earlier. Because of this, I won't be able to post on a rapid fire basis but I should be able to post really regularly.
After posting this introduction, I plan on looking for my first roleplay! Can't wait to talk to some of you folks and if you have any questions for me, feel free to ask!
