[@Archmage MC] Pretty sure it was limited to the train for plot purposes. Meaning immune to special snowflake syndrome. 

However, I do think that it shouldn't matter to people who have been to Arcadia-2 already. The goal was mostly to prevent orgs from swiftly invading it. So I guess yeah you could twist it to give a safe return ticket.
