Yeah, I fudged that aspect a bit just for the sake of drama, with the excuse being that the Polish are stretched thin and need to cover as much ground as possible. The 18th operates pretty much as I described, but their smallest team is two men. Going in alone= getting killed or captured as you sleep.

I definitely wouldn't mind having a partner if you're willing! Maybe an older, more experienced scout.
