[@CloseEnough] [@Crossfire] Reese had been walking for about twenty minutes when he started to hear some movement behind him, he soon saw some figure approaching on a brahmin. He gently rested his hand on his knife as they approached him, he hoped they weren't more bandits or friends of the other bandits he had been attacked by almost a half hour ago. “Uh yeah, I am, wouldn't be too much trouble if I could get ride would it? I could pay you.” He responded back to the red head that had spoken to him. When she agreed, he got on and soon once again was on the move to Davenport. He was glad to have found some friendly strangers, they were few and far between, though he had a feeling that one of her companions was a little weary of him, but as long as he wasn't bothered, he wouldn't bother anyone in return. As they continued on their trip, he listened to the three converse, not really saying too much, one being he didn't think they'd be in each others company much longer and two being that he didn't really have much to say, not that it was anything against them, he was just a rather quiet person, who he was a far as he could remember. He soon looked over when the town had been mentioned, he was glad that they were nearly there, deciding that he wanted to stretch his legs and walk the rest of the way, he got off the brahmin, paying for his trip and continuing on by walking, it wasn't much further now and he didn't need to rid the whole way to town. Eventually he got to what seemed like a checkpoint of sorts, eventually being let in after he told them he was just passing through and wanted a place to rest for the night. He glanced around the town as he entered, seeing it fairly busy with life, he wondered if it was even busier where he was heading, well he would find out when he got there, in the mean time, he needed to find an inn or something for him to stay. He soon found a place to stay, paid for the room and then decided to have a look around, seeing the people he had been riding with enter what looked like a gun shop decided to head there, perhaps get his weapon cleaned and fixed up a bit or at the very least have a look around at what was being sold. When he entered he saw them in the middle of a conversation, deciding to at least wait till they were done talking, though he couldn't help himself as he listened in a little on what was being discussed, though he would butt in to affairs that weren't his, some people liked their business private and could be volatile if it was intruded upon.
