Anyone in Conablum labs is pretty dead, yeah, provided they're not a named character. So Cyano's still gonna have some minions, like those who were stationed in Arcadia-1 and Arcadia-2, and anyone who was in another area of the Rivardverse. But most of em are dead.

I was under the impression Grimlock was on Cybertron. If not, I'd have to make up some reason he survived. Definitely not intending to perma-kill any characters with that splosion.

Also, none of those characters are in any way influenced by or controlled by Chaos. Literally the only thing that happened was that Chaos caused their souls to leave their bodies before the Fulgurite exploded, sending them to Deadland pre-splosion. There was no indication in my post that there would be any long-lasting consequences to this, other than the being dead part, and you seemed fine with that bit.
