Okay, so we should probably add stims and grapplers to our armory list, good additions, those.

I don't know if an equipment limit is being imposed, but he is better equipped(or, more expensively in any case) than my character and the GM's.  

[@Gravislayer] We should decide on that, to make sure everyone starts on equal footing, so to speak.  That and whether vehicles are allowed.  I just wanna make sure people have somewhere to [i]go[/i] rather than starting with their ideal.

What sort of armor is that that he wears?  You can just say light/medium/heavy, or you can go into details, your call.
