[@The ghost in black] the rating of the Noble Arm is only responsible for about a quarter of its percentage in ranking. And she's got social problems which affects her academics and her conduct. Not heavily, mind you, but enough that she goes from "above average" to "slightly above average".

And she's gonna have to contend with [@Minato Namikaze]'s character for that spot xD
