Oh, so it was a very literal build-a-wall style of isolation we're talking about. Okay. I wasn't sure if that was the case since the map has pretty much the whole of North/Central America cut into regions. Yeah, I know Texas is taken, which is why the Comancheria isn't the highest on my list - though having someone I can designate "opponent" from the start could be good. I don't have any intention of "winning" a conflict, but for directly being involved in someone else's story. If I scratch off the out-of-States nations I'd be tempted to play (Quebec, Cuba, and a part of northern Mexico being the most prominent), I'm most tempted to play some sort of Pueblo or otherwise Southwestern U.S. Native nation. I'll need to do some research to make sure I remember everything correctly, but I think I'd want to take the Four Corners (west New Mexico, southwestern Colorado, southeastern Utah, and northern Arizona). That makes my nation include most of the Southwestern reservations, which is what I want for this idea... and the Grand Canyon, which would make for an awesome capital city. Yeah, that's what I'll claim. I'm feeling pretty confident that I'm going to want to participate in this thread, so I'm going to outright sign up for it now. (Probably just gonna be in 4 roleplays total instead of 3. I only need to post IC 1/2 times a week in my present roleplays, so...)
