[@Lmpkio] Really? I personally thought you'd tell me to tone him down a little, but the thing is, I have learned a valuable lesson in my 5 years with the site: It's not how powerful he is on paper, it's how powerful he is in game. I generally give my characters access to a plethora of power, in story, they tend to only be as powerful as the story demands them to be. If they need to get their ass handed to them, then they get their ass handed to them. Because having fun is the main goal of RPing. Sure, I can make them as OP as humanly possible, but people will quickly get sick of them and i'll just get kicked out and then I won't get to play anyway. TL;DR: Make a character as powerful as you like, but make sure you play nicely, or you get kicked out and won't get to play them anyway.
I don't know much about the 40k universe as much as it seems interesting. But from my understanding the Primarchs could also have super strength and had a pretty good healing factor. I don't know what Daemon Prince do but I assume they also have nifty stuff? Maybe, correct me on anything if I'm wrong. But if this is true it may be that Lmpkio simply can't know that from reading the power and weaponry section. Which at this current time seems balanced, even a little weak compared to how power levels have risen. I agree with what you've said in the rest.
