Are there any bags in the infirmary? because Flor's first response would probably be to grab as much hospital junk he can. He probably won't know what any of it is, but he'll grab gauze and tourniquets and whatever is readily available. I'm assuming medicines are locked up, but if not would he be able to notice them and grab some of those?
