Humans are treated very highly in the white kingdom, not saying anything about specific parents. but because of how humans are treated someone would of picked up lance, against his will if they had to... so he wouldn't be left to run around like a thief. Elves and Dwarves that's a possibility but not humans in the white kingdom.
