Personality: Cold, calculating, and logical to a fault. Ravion always analyses every situation in minute detail before acting, even if this is to the detriment of others. He has almost no care for the whims, pleas, and emotions of others, and never lets them influence his decisions unless absolutely necessary. Ravion would also be considered religiously fanatical to even other tech-priests, taking his worship of and faith in the Omnissiah into account for almost everything. He sees organic bodies as inherently weak in all aspects, and seeks to remedy this weakness of his own form at every opportunity, constantly adding, modifying, and changing his bionic and cybernetic parts.

Appearance: Swathed in the red robes of the Cult Mechanicus, Ravion's physical form is guessed at by most. He appears hunched over, standing at around five feet six inches. His face, when not cloaked by the shadow of his hood, is covered in technological gadgets and parts, covering his mouth and cheeks, both eyes, and parts of his bald scalp. The mouthpiece covering features a multitude of wires, cords, and tubes running down into his robe. The eyepieces glow with a menacing red tinge, constantly clicking and ticking as the magnifications auto-adjust. Both of his hands have been replaced with bionic copies, capable of much more than a mortal hand. He has a large metal pack upon his back as well, with a myriad of small appendages extending and contracting from the main frame. His legs, although hidden from view, emit a constant whirring sound as he moves, and clatter with a metallic din with each footstep. 

Bio: Born on the Forge World of Agripinaa, Ravion spent his entire life around machinery, and quickly learned that he preferred its company to that provided by humans. Growing up as a young inductee in the Cult Mechanicus, he was almost joyful to adhere to the teachings of the Omnissiah, and received much praise from it. 

By the time he was a full adult, he was a welcomed member of the Adeptus Mechanicus, and assigned to an Explorator as his apprentice. The explorator was a “Disciple of Thule”, one who ventured with a myriad of others into uncharted sectors of space, searching for lost human technology. As an apprentice, Ravion accompanied his mentor on many dangerous journeys, but learned much about antiquated human technology and took quick to repairing and maintaining it in particular.

After his apprenticeship ended, Ravion was assigned to serve with the Ultramarines for a time, using his expertise in ancient technologies to a great extent while among them. He grew to appreciate the technologies of the Adeptus Astartes, and learned much more from the Machine Spirits of their arms and armor. During his service, he was noted for being a chief aide in repairing the Chapter Master’s own antique bolter, which earned him much praise and respect from both the Astartes and the Adeptus Mechanicus. 

He would go on to serve with the Imperial Guard regiments on Cadia, learning about the technologies utilized by the fortress world. On Cadia, he become familiar with the intricacies of the Baneblade super-heavy tank and its many variants, as well as the designs of the ubiquitous lasgun of the Imperial Guard.

Eventually rising to the rank of Magos, Ravion Hybris would find himself assigned to the service of the Warp Skulls, a newly-created Chapter of Space Marines crafted in the 21st founding. With his notable skills in working with Astartes-owned technology, Ravion is a valuable asset for the Chapter, for now….

Augmentations: Electro-Graft(allows direct connection to computers, etc.), Respirator unit and Vox-synthesiser(voice manipulation and air toxin resistance), Cyber-Mantle(controls all augments), Potentia Coil(provides power to all augments), Cranial Circuitry(Enhanced mental abilities), Bionic left and right arms(act identical to normal), Bionic left and right leg(act identical to normal), Auger Arrays in both eyes(acts as an Auspex scanner)

Weapons: Carries a laspistol with 3 charge packs, and a Chain Axe with extended shaft, and the skull symbol of the Adeptus Mechanicus embedded on either side of the blade casing.

Gear: Has integrated Carapace armor in his various cybernetic attachments, effectively covering most of his body. Prayer Charm to the Omnissiah, a supply of Sacred Machine Oil for repair and maintenance, Maintenance and Repair kit.
