We'd have to iron out how well they know each other but if your Wendigo isn't exactly fond of fire, I think they would at least share a careful mutual respect for their knowledge of how dangerous the other can be, maybe even with an air of friendliness, depending on what they know of the other and on what kind of cases they've been working on together.
