The view was comparable to those from the highest points in Talze Utera and Araki was no less amazed. There was always a calm feeling he felt while watching the scenery back “home”, never the sense of energy he felt as he looked down upon the city. Countless people moved through the streets below, and if he focused even the faint sounds of conversations weren’t impossible to catch. Still… he hadn’t climbed on the the tallest buildings simply for the view. While it was certainly a nice bonus, as he could see even beyond the city’s boundaries, the main reason was to think. Mainly about why he was still here, although there were other smaller questions he wanted to dwell on as well. He took a step back from the ledge and pressed himself up against the wall before Araki finally slid down to take a seat. The winds were fairly strong this high up and the fall would probably be enough to kill him. Maybe his magic would be enough to keep him alive… or maybe it wouldn’t – he didn’t want to have to find out. So without anything but the wind and an occasional curious bird to keep him company, Araki was left mostly alone to his thoughts. Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long for him to resolve the internal dilemmas he had. Having experienced much of what he wanted to in the city, the sense of boredom and monotony was about settling in. While it wasn’t much better back in Talze Utera, at least he had no obligations to anyone but himself. Not to mention he could deal with most annoyances with simple violence, whereas people here didn’t take kindly to casual murder. He supposed he at least owed some people a few parting words; he didn't know how to get in contact with quite a few individuals, but he figured he could leave it up to Richard to pass on his regards. While it wouldn't be a problem, seeing how it wouldn’t be an issue to run for an entire night and day if he had to, but he would rather not waste too much time. With his mind made up, Araki figured it would be a good time to get back on the ground now. What he would do afterwards was still up for debate, but he’d have quite some time to think about it at the least. With a deep breath, he dropped off the ledge only to catch one below him. No green aura shrouded him, he didn’t need magic for a climb like this. While it certainly would have made the task easier, his heightened physical capabilities were sufficient that to buff them further would have just made the climb disappointingly easy. He already had claws that could dig into the building’s sides for that matter! So down he climbed, a small dark figure on one of the city’s largest buildings; certainly an odd sight if anyone bothered to look up for once.
