Personality: He is very cool headed, rarely letting people see how he feels. The only time he has ever shown his emotions was when he trusted someone or when something did not align with his morality. He hated injustice, which led to his issues with both the marines and pirates alike.

[hider=Background]Mistuki was born to a very well known marine commander who raised to the rank of Admiral at a young age. As such, he was trained harshly from a tender age. While it was basically going through hell, he did grow to be a powerful fighter in his own right. He tested himself constantly on common ruffians around the capital on the Grand Line. They were scum that not even the marines would care to put their attention to. However, this time also opened his eyes to the evils of the world, watching how the Tenryubito treated the common man. It was sickening and he couldn't stand it. He learned to keep his emotions contained at a young age due to this.

He was given many chances to prove himself by his father, but it never seemed good enough for the man. He refused to show his true talent to the man, though, already abhorring the government's way of doing things. This even went to the point where he secretly gained a Devil's Fruit to consume. He would train secretly with it, refusing to show his father or other marines the talent it gave him.

Despite his misgivings, Mitsuki joined the marines and he fought against pirates for years, never wishing to stand out. His father hated this, watching him throw his chances away to let others gain the glory. In the end, the admiral decided to give his son a last ditch effort to prove himself. He took him to witness the strength of an admiral on a lesser well known island that one of the Shichibukai had discovered. The Island of Dragons.

It was decided that this island was to be sacrificed for a very powerful Devil's Fruit. It was originally open for discussion, but a dragon foolishly struck at his father and was murdered as an response. What followed...was a massacre.

Mitsuki could only watch as his father and the Warlord destroyed this island in search of the Devil's Fruit. Upon returning to the capital, never even laying eyes on the captive his father had taken, the boy stole a marine ship and left. He had learned to sail on his own as part of the marines. This, of course, did not go unnoticed. Not that it mattered. The boy dumped the ship at the first place he could land, scrapping the entire ship and buying a new, smaller one. He left the Grand Line, using tricks he had learned from the marines to pass the Calm Belt and eventually came to find himself in North Blue.

There, he settled down, training himself as he decided to look for a crew. He hated the injustice. His best chances at facing this injustice was the life of a pirate. On the open sea, challenging the marines, but also the other pirates that wished to throw the world into chaos.

Steeling himself for the journey, he set out once again, stopping at islands to look for worthy men to join him in his endeavors.[/hider]

Fruit: Tora Tora no Mi, Type: Byakko (Legendary Zoan Type)

Powers: Partial Transformation; he can transform parts of his body into that of a white tiger. He is unable to control this well and, thus, can only transform a single part of himself at the moment.

Increased senses; given the senses of a tiger, he is able to see, smell, and hear great distances

Increased physical capabilities; given the prowess and strength of a tiger

Berserk; given that this is a very powerful ability, Mitsuki cannot fully control it. As such, whenever his emotions get out of hand, he loses himself in his rage. A great increase to his strength and abilities are granted to him, but he loses all control of himself and cannot differentiate friend from foe.
