“What?” Kathlin stared at the High Elf, then at Aleena, then at the High Elf again. “Oh yes. I see.” “….” “Well, Li and those three Night Elves are still fighting the Death Knight upstairs” Kathlin commented lightly following an awkward pause. “One of Night Elves summoned a Draenei, so now they’re fighting the Death Knight too. She seemed to take offence to her existence – which I can understand, I suppose. This is….sorry, what did you say your name was?” This last question was directed at Silje. The girl did not seem terribly happy at even having the smallest amount of attention directed at her, as she visibly shrunk away from the Night Elves. “Silje” “Silje. She’s a student at the academy” There was a loud crash of breaking wood from upstairs, which made the girl glance up with a smile on her face. “Oh, apparently they’re doing well up there” * “Elune….Li! Why did you do that!?” “Because you were in the way of anything stronger. Also, you’re welcome” Liaena snarked back as she took a swift detour around the two night elves to jump through the hole after the Draenei. The disturbing lightness of her satchel said a lot about exactly why she had chosen not to begin with something more explosive, and it wasn’t anything to do with potential Rithrynn-related collateral damage. “And get a move on!” Skidding out of the door to the room she had created a door too from the study, Liaena almost crashed headlong into the strange Draenei that had apparently appeared out of nowhere during her brief stint in Lala-Land. Reservations towards random strangers showing up her house notwithstanding, Liaena could help but be impressed as the woman tore a giant strip of wood out of the door – already mostly shredded by Malizia’s attentions – and hurled it over-arm down the corridor at the Death Knight. “Lady mage, please block her way with some magic... please! I cannot allow her to escape again, I beg you!!!” “Feel like going faster then?” “…..” Mei seemed to only barely notice Liaena’s presence at this point, giving her an odd look. “Wh…” In one motion, the girl grabbed the back of the Draenei’s jerkin – just above the belt, Mei truly dwarfed Liaena – and gave a sharp push forward. With the first touch, the Draenei felt herself undergo weightlessness as her feet bobbed off the ground. The push saw the Draenei careen forwards, completely unrestricted by gravity under the spell as she flew down the corridor after Malizia. The warrior was travelling far faster in her condition than Malizia could run, even if she was only barely in control of her own trajectory. -CRASH-
