Mission boards will be filled by both myself as well as Co-GMs and player suggestion.

Transportation? That I didn't think about. Well, now is as good as any. I suppose there would be multiple ways of getting in and out. Man made underground passage ways with stairs from the early days of the settlement, maintained and updated over time. Gondola lifts as a more convenient option. There are functional streets but navigating the Waterways may be a faster way to reach your destination so boats are quite abundant. Maybe at least one or two train routes running through. Hmm...if you have any other suggestions feel free.
@Zeroth

As far as facilitating the missions themselves go and not just jumping into outright world building, all I've got for suggestions is this:

Give as much info as possible through the actual quest poster/letter/etc, so that tracking down the NPC who asked for the job and shooting the breeze for an hour isn't a necessity. That tends to slow things down and, unless it's going to be an entire arc, usually doesn't result in learning anything.

New towns and any "Named Enemy NPCs" might be better off as bare bones. Compared to the actual CS, all the info we'd need on a non-recurring NPC is a Name, their Magic, and maybe a short blurb of backstory like "Leader of the Thief Guild Robbing Hoods, known for eccentric behavior centering around song and dance and wearing tights."

These first few "flavor of the week" missions serve the purpose of everyone getting to know their characters and each others', right? Only problem is, because there's no real driving force of plot, it's easy for an RP to fall flat or be really boring and slow during this phase. So anything to expedite that is a plus in my book.

It's your RP though, you run it how you want. I'm just throwing out ideas and observations.

All excellent suggestions! But I meant about the transportation subject lol. Most of what you mentioned is a given. I know I said I wasn't that experienced in running an RP but I know that much ^.^; Thanks all the same though~

Ah, sorry then. Probably sounded pompous.

As far as transportation goes everything you said seems fine to me. The trains will probably save plenty of time assuming more missions will start in/near a town instead of requiring people to head directly into whatever dangerous environments.

Those magic carts like Erza drove that one time would help to, but whoever used those might be out of magic power by the time they actually got to the mission objective.

@Zeroth I still wished I got to Beast Soul first (or again in my case, Kaiju Soul). Maybe when we can make more characters, I might introduce my said character I wanted to use.

Also MAJOR kudos to having the MH monsters. Mine will have them too plus an extra ;)

Allison looks good, I've got nothing to complain about~
@Lmpkio

I only take issue with World Crushing Cataclysm and World Sinking Eruption. The first I feel is just too overpowered and the second doesn't make sense as you established that he can only make the rifts in places he can picture so I don't see how he'd know what the center of the earth looks like.

Apart from that I think some limitations should be considered. Such as limiting the distance he can travel using his rifts during times when his concentration is divided i.e. battle and other such stress inducing situations.
@j8cob

Nothing seems out of order and yes you can make him S class^.^
@Inertia

AS A REMINDER THE S CLASS PLAYER CHARS ARE FRESHLY APPOINTED. THEY'VE JUST PASSED THE TEST TO BECOME S CLASS. A CURRENT S CLASS COULD MORE THAN LIKELY STILL OVERPOWER THEM. ON THAT NOTE THE HARPY'S WING S CLASS SPOTS HAVE BEEN TAKEN AND THERE IS ONE SPOT LEFT IN HP. MAYBE TWO CUZ I FORGOT TO INCLUDE MY OWN CHAR IN THE CALCULATIONS WHEN I PUT UP THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS I WAS LOOKING FOR. ONE S CLASS SPOT REMAINS FOR GOLEM'S HAND.

Also, I started making Cs's for the guild masters. They aren't finished yet but if you wanna at least know what they look like they're located underneath the guild emblems in the character tab~

No offense but Kaiju Soul sounds like something that'd be way overpowered, especially in Full Body Takeover.

I thought MonHun would be fitting, considering Mashima is a huge fan of it and even wrote another, short-lived manga about it. He even tends to take cues from their designs whenever he puts some kind of big beast in Fairy Tail--several of the Grand Magic Games monsters and the beasts on Tenrou Island had some MonHun influence, if you look closely at them.

I made the character work. And he won't be like 100 meters tall in full body. But I suppose I'll cast that aside though.

And that's also true

@Vongola_Hasayo

It isn't so much that he has to have a picture of the location in his head, he has to have knowledge of it. If someone asks him to make a Rift in Middleofnowheresville and shows him a picture of it that won't really help him so much as if they showed him where the obscure village is on a map. The things he needs to know primarily are direction and distance, though if he has a good picture of it in his head then he can make the Rift more accurate in its placement. So in the example of World Sinking Eruption he would've learned that one through practice, by sending Rifts deep underground and eventually learning that at some point it'll start spewing magma. This was more to explain better how Rifts work than justify the spell, because I'm fine getting rid of it for him to learn at a more appropriate time in the IC. Same with World Crushing Cataclysm.

While I didn't intend for there to be any particular range limitations I didn't consider stress/focus limitations. I'll edit some in when I get to fixing the sheet within the next couple of hours.

Oh wow...have we really gotten NO slayers of any verity? Huh...Now I don't know if I want to follow through with my new character concept or go with my slayer <.<;;

Though, correct me if i'm wrong, I think there are only positions left in Golem Hand and my slayer doesn't really suite their philosophy...

I see. Well then I suppose it's fine but yes I say leave World Crushing Cataclysm to be developed. Though moving mountains is still ridiculous so tone that down in the future and your all groovy.
@j8cob

There are still two spots for Harpy's Wing. And I think Haruna wanted to make a slayer. Not to discourage you from making one just thought I'd mention it.

There are quite a few problems with your magic. For starters, there's a canon magic that is basically what your describing from what I gather. It's called Animal Possession. Secondly, even if you are trying to create a new magic it's far too vague. What are these spirits is he summoning? Where do they come from? How does he find and obtain these spirits? Why would they choose to lend him their power? Third, there's no consistency with the Spells you've described. They just seem to be abilities you specifically wanted. To the point where it one of them seems to be more of a detriment than useful. Why summon a weapon that does nothing aNY regular weapon couldn't but it drains your energy? The magic isn't very well thought out so I can'taccept this CS even if it were finished.
