[@Gun] Good lord. I've seen characters that have lots of powers, but never have I seen a power list at that scale EVER in my RPing career! Its so big and complicated that even my CO-GM got a headache from it XD (I kid, its not from that). In fact, I don't know if this is an OC or from some Anime for I have no idea where its from. The time-warping abilities that it can do also worry me a bit, for I am reaaaaally strict on those kinds of things.

Can you give a nutshell about this character to make things a little easier? He looks good and interesting otherwise.
