I'm guessing her ranking would be based on initial assessment. Since it's her first year and all I thought it would be appropriate for her to dwell in the under-1000 club for now. She's actually spent most of her time learning how to use a regular rapier than using her Silver Flash and gaining some experience in hand to hand combat since she can't always rely on her sword in certain situations. So, maybe in the later events of the RP she'll be able to prove her worth.
