Powers: Cynthia the ability to generate and fire blue red electricity from all parts of her body.  She can also manipulate electromagnetism as well as all electrical fields around her.

Costume: Cynthia's Costume consist of knee high leather boots, red spandex, a black Zoro mask.  She usually wears her long red hair in pigtails.
