A stoic expression befalls Varian. Eyes darting at Jaeger sharper than obsidian allowing the engine's hum to fill in. "[I]She still is hesitant, after all this time. Perhaps I should pay her a visit."[/i] He fixed the collar of his coat and observed the Window again. A tall, silvery structure shadowed the surrounding district of Vale. The helicopter rose up to the top of the tower, making slow approach towards the designated helicopter pad as to not cause imbalance. Two people were strolling towards the pad wearing semi-casual apparel with soldiers forming up beside them to make passage. The Helo touched down with the soldier inside with them sliding the doors open, winds blowing immediately as the blades continued its decelerating rotation. He allowed Jaeger to step off the plane first before him after undoing his seatbelt. "Eager to see us both eh? Ruger and Aurelia?" He took a quick moment to address the other soldiers. "At ease, soldiers! Return to your posts and await further instructions."

The mass of soldiers began to leave the rooftop, leaving wild winds and the empty helicopter around them as the members of VJRA communed. "So, what is it that you want to do Varian?" Ruger crossed his arms with a palm stroking his chin. "You've kept your agenda secret for many years and we haven't seen any of your work bear fruit." Varian turned to Aurelia.

"Doesn't matter." She quickly spoke. "Varian probably has a plan already in mind. Why don't you just tell us them now and be done with it?" She adjusted her grip on her sword while Varian continued to place his head high.

"This is neither the time or place, but it is close. I will need to speak with your science team Ruger, assemble them with the General present at the conference room. I'll meet the two of you there as per usual." He points to Jaeger and Aurelia. "I will announce the conference soon." He walks in between them towards the building and called the elevator to descend.

The elevator doors opened and Varian stepped inside the pod, pressing the level marked as 'S' several levels below and descended into a quiet serene tunes of music. His eyes observed the glowing numbers and letters that appeared on the screen with a silent sigh. It seems that it cannot be avoided. He lowered his head and watched the floor of the door opening to a short, white hallway. He tirled his head back behind him to see the elevator doors still open.
