You're downplaying the Naruto power levels by a bunch. It was clearly established she's completely invincible without the seals. Pretty sure Sora is one shotted by that bone attack. Palpatine dies by being sent in another dimension where he can't breathe or something stupid like that. Though let's admit they can hurt her. Then what? Madara with a fraction of her power had his whole higher body blown off and just shrugged it off.
