Not really, the lore clearly indicated the Ten Tails was an eternal being with infinite power (as shown when Naruto tried to gauge its power). Though to be fair this is contradicted by the fact that manipulating reality some how was taxing to her chakra. She'd be dead if her sons could kill her once she was deprived of her powers. 

I didn't say she couldn't be defeated by other God-tier characters, but comparing her to what was stated beforehand was just silly. Evidently she's not the strongest God out there. 

I still find it difficult to believe someone could efficiently mind rape her when she herself can mind rape the entire world by gluing her eye to the moon. It is deeply universe centered however, and I guess that would be the same with Palpatine.
