Alexandria is trying to establish communications with he Alliance command ship letting them know her Recon team is in position via their communications relay. Roy Mustang is currently pinned by the Licht Group and is calling for a heavy ordinance strike. MC (I think) is helping Kid Flash fight Hazama who are all inside the Base's Mess Hall. I am not sure what everyone else is doing.
