Relius is the twisted, evil mirror image of his son Carl. While he is calculating and courteous like his son, he is cold and utterly devoid of empathy. His only true care in the world is his research. Relius is even willing to go so far as to kill gods for the sake of science – a curiosity which Terumi just so happened to pique. Carl, his son, hates him for taking Ada and his mother away. 


Bio: After his betrayal by Hades;Izanami, beat down by Valkenhayn R. Hellsing, and subsequent forced work with his son, Relius was left without a purpose in the world. No longer having any reason to live in this world, Relius threw himself into a cauldron, just the same as he had before, hoping to be thrown somewhere in time, far away from his failed plans to reshape the world into his image. However, this time something happened. Rather then through time, because of the destruction of the takamagahara system, he was thrown through space and into the multiverse. He would land himself in a place where great power had suddenly gathered itself... Eldritch IV


Abilities: 

Book shelf organizing: do... do I really need to explain this? He organizes bookshelves. He really likes it. He will do it for hours if you let him.

Nox nyctore: Ignis - An artificial Nox Nyctores. Ignis does much of the fighting for relius. Its sharp claws, teleportation Ars magus, and various other skills makes Ignis a dangerous and deadly weapon. However, more then a weapon. Ignis contains the soul of Relius' wife, who was trapped into Ignis by relius' machinations and bent to his will.

Science: Rather, mad science. Relius created the 12th prime field device, and the artificial Nox Nyctores: Ignis. He cares nothing for people, and will do anything to get results. He is obsessed with creating the perfect doll, and will torture people to see "the value of their soul"
