Characters have ranks because it makes them look cool, also the Spec Ops/Elite Guard are usually the stronger ones (backed by status). You can be subordinate and still be strong, it's just to classify him in Lmpkio's thingy.

Definitely in the stronger tiers, given his abilities and accomplishments, and well, you know, the backing of lucifer himself, i'd say that's enough to warrant him to rank very high...! i'd say given his status, being a head executive fits him, but i don't want to take that spot unless you feel its fine for him to be in that position. I feel it fits his personality and story, being one to strategise and manipulate an army under his command, and the like.

If i can't, i'l go with the elite guard.
