That is indeed true, and since I am almost always seen as a solo player I stay with the quick weapons cause dear god trying to hunt down something like a quropeko is fucking evil when you are armed with a great or long sword. Honestly a well balanced weapon team is what will keep this interesting. (Waiting to have someone accidentally launch me in the air)

We can get creative. I have been known to bring real world elements into my RPs, so different hunting techniques and ideas are always welcome out here. This a story, and that means sky is the limit when it comes to rules. (Though I'd like to keep it as monster hunter physically believable)
