You aren't going to be rooming alone. No one will have that luxury, even if you do get a smaller room to compensate. You [b][i]will[/i][/b] room with a lady, and I do find the notion that he is skilled in all the classical instrument to be... Far fetched. It'd be more believable if you at least made a mention saying that his family are hardcore musicians and would have made him practice a lot at home as a young child.
