[@shylarah] I'm making it that he's bound by his words when he's fully acting as a healer and not a whining brat like he was in the mayors office. He'll still be whiny for now, that'll change over time when he gets to know everyone better. It's basically saying that in a sense when he said about everyone's life being in his hands he meant it to the point that  if someone were to be majorly hurt under his watch something would happen to him. I kind of went off the Doctor's Oath to always render treatment, but with a magical twist.
