[@Rune_Alchemist] I'm not going to lie, and I'm not going to tell you why, but his magic is like this for a reason. It is partly because of his runes, and the way they were engraved (I can say how, if you fancy) but there are a couple of other reasons. And, partly because of circumstance, it pretty much does forego conclusion. Also, with his magic, dodging kind of isnt an option. *You may now post a reply and your speculation upon reasons, but I will neither confirm nor deny them.* (Feel free to tell me off Roy)
Considering she would have moved the moment she realized he wasn't going to apologize, no it's not a foregone conclusion. She could have dodged it. I'm telling you that. You don't get to tell me what my character isn't and is capable of dodging. As instant as he can cast his spell, she can instantly move as quick as lightning. It's draining in her current state, but she can definitely do it. Of course, if Graf says otherwise then I suppose I have no say in this...but I'm not going to be to happy about it. Considering that's basically powerplaying in my book. which I hate And also, so no one is capable of defending against his magic/dodging? Then that's completely BS right there and completely OP. Which, is my main problem with Time Magic.
