[@EnterTheHero] There are already staff that will carry out that sort of work for the Operatives. Hector won't have to worry about showing up to missions solely so he can pilot a drone and can instead spend that time relaxing or training. Who knows, maybe he'll have a moment to shine in a mission and show off his ace piloting skills with some "borrowed" drones.
