[@thewizardguy] I swore I mentioned it was a nervous-neuro dampener of sorts somewhere in there. I'd say it functions on a physical level. Impeding the brain from sending signals specified for motion, and then taking away the abilities for nerves to translate data as feeling. So full paralysis.
