It's true that there's a huge power gap separating Mihawk, Doflamingo and the new Edward Weeble from the others. Arguably Kuma could also stand a chance with that insane repel fruit. There'd be more odds stacked against Doffy given Enel's skill, but it's no where near a one sided massacre.

Luffy with Gear Fourth did devastate all of the (already devastated, but now it's Overkill) Dressrosa with a single King Kong [Insert ballistic name here]. Note it wasn't his intention to destroy anything. Though not super Logia tier in instant destruction, still pretty destructive and versatile.
