I've got a reference idea for him already. A Hot-headed spellsword who's probably a part of one of the military branches of either Oro or Tyro, although it's more of a formality since he's of royal descent it's a fake position to appease the familial ties he has.
Little armor because of Oro Stone skin and Tyro hot environment. Although the weapon is an oversized claymore that he swings around usually after imbuing it with a swathe of flames. He must also be a terrible ladies man, for comedic effect. Somewhere between "Spoiled brat" and "actually surprisingly capable fighter."
His gun powder thing is fine. He seems fine so far. I like it so far. We are waiting for the 2 or more to create thier profile.
Okay, so I need to make a history which I can do if I know a bit about the Fotian military, and Hanoxx/Niscent family history.
Also need to add an Unknown weakness, any suggestions?

Crown Prince Magnix Hanoxx's Father, King Hanoxx, has a younger sister who was married into the Niscent family in an attempt to strengthen relations between the two kingdoms. The Queen Allo Niscent's younger brother had this honor. Their Child is Eden, who would be the current King Hanoxx's first cousin, and Queen Niscent's nephew. Does this sound reasonable?

A two dense pairs of draconic horns emerge from his temples curving back slightly over his ears tucked beneath his hair, they will continue to grow overtime and are nearly impossible to break off due to his Oro heritage hardening these, along with the claws on his fingers and toes.
Apparel: Being of Tyro descent, Eden wears very little clothing. Merely an armless brassard over his right shoulder, and a red battle kilt for mobility. The lack of armor is scarcely a problem for one with a body as hard as stone, the brassard is just to prevent recoil damage when using his weapon at full potential. While he walks barefoot, a pair of bladed gauntlets are worn to help protect his hands from the heat his weapon can reach when used and useful in close-quarter combat to parry attacks.

(Lesser Pyromancy) Summon Flame: A spell to conjure fire from nothing, by consuming soul essence. Useful for a variety of purposes, from utility to offensive techniques. The greater the amount of fire produced, the more essence consumed. The flames act as normal flames, unlike other pyromancy techniques which use magical flames with differential properties. This also allows them to be extinguished by non-magical means, but do not require energy from the caster to continue to burn once finding an equivalent fuel source.
(martial skill) Impossible Shot: A shot deemed impossible by others, made possible by pure skill. The ability to take a firearm one is trained in and work its mechanics as if like magic. Feats such as shooting the wings off a common gadfly at 100 paces, placing a hole in a tossed coin the at 500 paces, and silencing a screeching eagle in flight at 1000 paces, or a classic test of shooting through 12 wedding bands spaced at 100 paces each. These amazing techniques need focus and perhaps even some mental preparation to judge the distances, however a well timed shot can make all the difference.

Weapons: Eden's Gunlance
A cross of medium range and long range weapons, the Gunlance is Eden's weapon of choice. Quickly replicated and forged by Fotian blacksmiths after its effectiveness during the Dragon Wars, the standard gunlance is a standard weapon for ranked military personnel. In design, it is a steel lance, with a set of six barrel bored into the metal haft. While it trades pure strength behind the striking force due to the intricate machinery near the handle, it is this mechanism which allows the weapon to fire bullets from their barrels in a clockwise direction, six shots before requiring a reload by turning the counterweight such that the internal gearwork spins an outer ring of bullets and powder into the six chambers, loading up 30 shots total. A slowly smoldering piece of oil-cloth on a steel can be rotated into position behind the guard of the weapon is used then to individually fire each shot by igniting the powder when quickly pressed into the aligned barrel. The shots themselves are semi-accurate, although due to the design, each shot is off the actual center of the lance tip and instead fire around it which makes it both predictable and unpredictable depending on if the user rotates the lance while using it or not. All in all a useful weapon to take out enemies from a far, then use as a pike for midrange military combat.
Compared to the standard issue Gunlance, Eden's Gunlance is definitely larger. Eden has modified his Gunlance to work with his abilities, requiring no ignition method and using his spells to produce the flames needed to directly fire each round. There are additional shots and powder, doubling his shot count to 60 shots. Furthermore, a gearspring switch allows him to wind the counterweight several times to store coiled energy to reduce the need to reload manually. This allows him to use his gunlance as a gattling gun in rapid bursts of firepower by holding the lance with both hands and holding it against his brassard to resist the recoil of firing so many rounds in rapid succession. This action usually overheats the weapon easily, hence requires some protection to avoid metal burns.

Apparel: Garaten wears as little clothing as possible. He is often only wearing green silk shorts when not in armor. Half of his time is spent in his armor as well though. After years under Queen Allo, she accepted his loyalty and capabilities. She granted him the position of Royal Guard which came with the responsibility of working with and controlling a dragon. He contained an excitement for what seemed to be the greatest day in his life. He dreamed of running to battle with a fierce dragon by his side. You could imagine his surprise when Tamara was presented to him. He was afraid of the Queen's reaction if he asked for another dragon, so he decided to try and make working with Tamara work. He was expecting to need physical power to control a dragon, but he found his emotions pushed to the limit when dealing with her. Tamara is very strong and capable, but is a younger dragon and can be emotionally unstable at times. The challenge Garaten faces is giving empathy and sharing with Tamara's feelings rather than asking her to squelch them as he does his own.

She was very prone to allowing them to run rampant and causing chaos for those around her. The Queen in her wisdom saw how much Garaten controlled and hid his emotions. Knowing the two would clash, she saw how much they could learn from each other. Since the two were placed together, Garaten has learned how to share sympathy, and Tamara has learned to control her emotions better and not fear her power. She places a lot of trust and comfort in Garaten. She occasionally likes to 'test' Garaten with her body. She enjoys the control she can gain over the weak minded with this, but often just ends up teasing them and leaving them hanging. Garaten is tempted, but is very resolute. His temptations normally create more of an annoyance against Tamara for her actions. Equipment - None Abilities/Powers- Shapeshifting - She has two forms and can hold any position in between, but it is easiest for her to be either full dragon or full humanoid. Her dragon form is long and slender with with fins and sails. She can still fly with long snaking motions through the sky. She has two horns that extend back along her head and long fierce claws. She is primarily white with thicker green scales detailing her body and covering her underbelly. Her humanoid form is limited and is still left with several dragon features. She still has horns, a tail, and scales, which act as coverings, since she doesn't wear clothes. They rip every time she transforms, and Garaten doesn't mind this as he doesn't like to wear clothes that much either. Her fins change shape and form wings which sprout out of her back around her shoulderblades.
Acid Breath - She can spew glowing green acid from her mouth.
Healing - She is a quick healer, and can survive and recover from large amounts of damage. She can share others pains and ailments as well. She can take their injuries upon herself and recover from them at her pace. She does weaken from injuries significantly and is known to become paralyzed or pass-out from taking injuries, whether directly or from others. The power comes from absorbing plants energy to heal herself, so if no wildlife is around this ability becomes stunted.
Exp: Garaten became a part of Queen Allo's army at a very young age. Fearing being left behind, he trained as hard as he could to please the queen and ensure his place in her army. He wasn't as strong as the others in her army, but what he lacked in strength, he made up for it in speed and finesse. He trained his muscle movements and reflexes to react quicker than anyone else. He also practiced his swordsmanship and movements until they were flawless. He began to become one of the best in Queen Allo's military and was being recognized for it quite often. She saved his life nontheless and he continued to become the best warrior he could be for her service. Rock Hard Hide was a standard training program within the Gaia military. They trained themselves to be able to withstand strong attacks, and Garaten strengthened himself until it appeared he was made of rock. He learned how to use Force Fields many years later when he visited Sol. The people taught him many things and the use of Force Fields was what he came away with most prominently. The Triplets were developed specially for him, when his swordsmanship and style became really recognized. During a training session on surviving ambushes, several men attacked him with dull swords. He quickly disarmed two of the men and began to fight the rest with what seemed like three swords. His movements were so quick that as he made a strike with one he had already let go and grabbed another for another strike. The swords appeared to float in the air as strikes flew faster than sight could follow. He found that the swords were moving slightly on their own even when not in his hand. The training was supposed to train him in escaping being outnumbered, but the session ended with Garaten defeating his 'ambushers'. Three new swords were created with special chains and properties that allowed him to maximize his ability. He continued to practice and grow this ability until he really was able to manipulate his swords with mental abilities alone. He takes great care of his Triplets and at times Tamara gets jealous of the attention he gives them. He named them Irelia, Fiora, and Wu. His endless training in speed and finesse has given him great stamina as well. He commonly races Tamara through the sky in both sprints and across miles at a time. He is able to jump in the air by placing a Force Field beneath his feet.
Spells: Sword's Dance - With a combination of Garaten's great swordsmanship and ability to manipulate his swords with his mind, he uses his own three sword style to overpower his opponents. Clone Image - Garaten manipulates light to mirror his own image. The images can be changed to manipulate a previous movement or stance as well. Abilities/Powers: 60% Sol - Force Fields 40% Oro - Rock Hard Hide Hindrances: Physically weaker than others - He is still very strong for the amount he has trained, but he could never keep up with the other Oro. Very dense and heavy - He is very heavy and falls and sinks quickly. Tamara refuses to carry him whenever possible. Slow healing - His dense skin makes healing very slow for him. He appears to almost be made of rock himself. Unknown Weaknesses: Needs two hours of sunlight for energy - He spends a lot of time outside, so he has never experienced this problem yet. Very protective nature - He puts himself in harms way a lot in an attempt to protect others. Queen's loyalty - Thanks to feeling saved by Queen Allo, he is willing to do anything she says. Going against her would crush him. Weapons: The Triplets, Wu is his strongest blade, Fiora is the quickest, and Irelia dances the most. History: Garaten never really knew his father or mother. In fact he's not sure he had a father or mother. For as long as he can remember he has been in the care of the Oro. He remembers having lived in the wild before the Oro found him. He doesn't know how he survived as a baby, but he has dreams of dragons that he has never seen before, and feels they may have had a part in helping him. He remembers feeling extremely weak and hungry when Queen Allo found him. Her beauty and kindness captivated him, and began his lifelong obsession with her. She put him under the care of one of her generals at the time. He was raised under strict care and rules, but was still very grateful for everything given to him. He always felt a sense of debt to Gaia for everything they did for him. As soon as he was old enough, he joined the Gaia army. The elite of this army were the Royal Guard. They were like the Gaia's special forces. Some of them were even assigned as dragon tamers for Gaia. His greatest dream was to be able to serve Queen Allo by working alongside a noble dragon and defending the world in her name. He knew some parts of his dream were very far-fetched, but others were very much within his reach as long as he worked for them.
He worked harder than anyone else during his basic and advanced trainings. He didn't have the same natural strength as the other trainees, and found himself to be falling behind in some of the areas that the Gaia demanded. He barely managed to make it into the elite training. This was the final step before the trainees would be selected for their duties. Here the training became more real, and situational. Even though he did things differently from everyone else, or the suggested way, he produced amazing results repeatedly. He was expected to be a failure for the elite class, but thanks to his capitalizing on his strengths, he managed to excel and become first in the elite class. He discovered a lot about himself during this training. Even though he had become the best, he still strove to be his own best. As long as he could become better, he wanted it. Personal time and feelings were things that got in the way of his growth and were shut out of his life to the best of his abilities. No one disliked him, but he didn't give many chances to get close with others.
When the decisions went out, he was granted a position in the Guard. It was a very prestigious position in the military, and was capable of ranking up into the Royal Guard. He gladly accepted this next step toward his dream. He continued to work hard and train often. There were several times where he got to work with the Royal Guard on missions and even the Queen herself. The Guard acted more as her bodyguards while the Royal Guard were actively seeking out an eliminating threats. The Allo made it a point to get to know her guards. Garaten didn't think she would remember him from those years ago, but when he told her his story, she was delighted to see the man he had become. She got to know him, the same as all her guards, and found that he was very loyal and eager to serve. She also found he could be rather stiff and seemed to eager at times. After a few years, she acknowledged his abilities and granted him a position in the Royal Guard as a Tamer. When he heard the news of this he was ecstatic. His dream was finally coming true. He thought about the great dragons he saw before and how powerful and wise and majestic they were. He would become a force to be reckoned with when he had a dragon to his left. He was very proud of his accomplishment and very eager to meet his dragon. He expected a large powerful beast, but when the Queen presented small and dainty Tamara, he was almost crushed. He almost wanted to ask about taming another dragon, but he couldn't question her decision. They didn't know, they were placed together very intentionally.
He accepted Tamara and decided to try and make his situation work. He was relieved to see she at least had a dragon form that was still pretty impressive. She didn't seem powerful compared to the dragon race at all though. Her emotions were everywhere as well. Taming her involved more than just demonstrating power and control as he had prepared himself, but more taking care of her emotions and needs. He tells tales of how his closest calls with death, involved calming Tamara down from her rage or sadness. He quickly learned he would have to show empathy to tame her. Unfortunately, he didn't know how to share emotions. He had always just ignored them or hid them inside himself. He found that trying to feel things was very trying to himself as well. Several times, Tamara ended up helping him, understand feelings and using them in constructive ways. After several weeks together, they finally understood each other and she became his dragon.
After dragon training, they went to Vrondi on a mission to protect an ambassador with the Sol. They were positioned here for many years and both learned much about themselves. They trained a lot together and both learned much from the Sol as well. Garaten discovered his ability to use force fields. He trained extensively with them, figuring out creative new ways to use them in fights and in everyday life. He also learned how to manipulate light, and to use this along with his speed to create images. Tamara discovered her healing abilities while in Vrondi. The Sol showed her how to absorb plants energy as her own and how to help others by taking their pains away. The two have traveled between Gaia and Sol quite often, spending years in both places. Their primary residence is in the town of Pearl in Gaia. They live in the housing provided for them during their stays in Vrondi. Today they are visiting a bar in Sunfire they like to frequent when visiting. Sunfire was a very pleasant place to relax, and today was like any other. At least until some Fotia soldiers came inside. They weren't causing trouble, but their presence was unnerving to Garaten and Tamara. Trivia: Parthenophobia is the fear of virgins.

@Temperance Change the dead stars thing to something more like captured dead star essence or something. Dead stars are massive.
@The Grey Dust Its ok. You could add that since he is related to both royal blood lines he has a arrogant sense of ability. The other two hindrances you could make up on your own. Remember all weaknesses listed are automatic. They stack under your bloodline, the ones you list are unique to your character.

Krutik has tinkered and experimented with mehanics and his soul for his whol life. It is very calming for him and helps him to forget about the problems in the world. He has ambitiously been working on a mecha for sometime during all of his tinkerings when he can, but it was slow as he didn't have the funds or material. That was until he came into an interesting line of work. Now he has been able to actually make two mechas.
Height - 7 meters Metal base - Titanium Type - Medium Power source - Krutik uses his own soul power to fuel and operate the mecha. He can recharge his soul by stealing the energy of others souls. Equipment - He conjures his soul spear on a larger scale for his mecha's use.
Exp: Krutik tried his best to stay off of everyones radars, but it was quite obvious he was a Seraphim to everyone. He associated with as little people as possible, but word still got around of his status. He learned to hate people early on, and cared little for life. Especially since he was attacked by Therosi at a young age. He was beaten within an inch of his life before a spear appeared from his chest. He pulled it out and used it to kill the attackers. He felt no remorse for killing them and realized he was lucky they were unprepared. He felt the source of the spears power coming from his soul, and he saw the power of the souls he killed as well. He found he could absorb that power when his spear was plunged into their bodies. This new power made him feel good and safe. He trained with his soul powers and worked to discover their capabilities. Training wasn't the only thing he did though. He was also very smart and creative. He had lots of projects that he worked on, but his biggest project was building his own mecha. He survived several more assassination attempts and his power continued to grow as he stole more soul power. The Fotia special forces took notice of these events and tried to recruit him. He agreed to it on one condition; that he could get as much titanium as he needed at the time. They reluctantly agreed to his demands and started him on work right away. The team he was placed with were all special situations like himself. They weren't a part of the military, so they could be given special assignments such as assassinations. During one mission to kill a Tearianaris scientist, he ran into another assassin. The assassin threatened him to go meet with Sleeth. He didn't take the man's threat seriously, but agreed to see Sleeth anyways. He was given an invitation to Dolofon if he completed an assassination for them. He gladly completed the task and gained his position with Dolofon. He quit his official position as special forces for Fotia and now works as a mercenary with Cara. He learned Soul Bind while experimenting with his powers. He's only experimented on Cara with it as well, but he now knows he can use Soul Bind with others as well. He has been able to fly ever since a young age.
Spells: Soul Bind - Krutik has found that he can bypass control panels for machines by linking the controls to his soul power. This grants easier control of complex machines as well. Flight - Krutik uses his wings to fly. They do require a small amount of soul power and more soul power can be pumped for more speed. Abilities/Powers: 80% Seraphim - Soul Manipulation and Soul Absorption 80% Seraphim - Soul Armor and Weapon Conjuration Hindrances: Stand out - His wings make him a very large target and make it very difficult for him to hide. They even have a glow to them, that makes them stand out in the dark. Physical weakness - He is physically weaker than other races. Hunted - The Therosi are a constant threat to him. Unknown Weaknesses: Hatred - He is very shut off from people and is even hesitant to accept help. Hot blooded - The cold weakens him severely. Attractive - People are naturally drawn to his looks. Most of the time his demeanor will push them away, but not always. Weapons: Soul Spear. It's size can be adjusted based upon the amount of power placed into it. History: Krutik grew up in the town of Blaze. He was born to a Seraphim and a Tyro. He unfortunately ended up with more of his father's traits. He held a small bitterness against him for this, even though there was nothing he could have done about it. This was nothing compared to his hatred for Therosi though. His family tried to give him a normal upbringing, but Fotia had a particularly strong Therosi presence. Most people were very rasicst against Seraphims, even if they weren't for Therosi. He went to a smaller school, but was still often picked on or bullied. Some students were even willing to be his friends for a little bit, but when the bullies came around and made them turn, that's when he was hurt the most. He couldn't trust anyone. Even when people began to appear nice, he shrugged them off and pushed them away. Krutik was happiest alone.
One day in high school, he was attacked by some men. They were thugs who wanted to join Therosi and saw him as an easy target. He was a relatively easy target, until his soul spear appeared before him. He had been beaten very badly, but the tides turned when got a weapon. He killed all three men as the fight continued, chasing down the last one to end him as well. He had felt his own souls power as he flew before, but now he could feel theirs as well. He plunged his spear back into their bodies and found that he could absorb their souls. He felt his own soul feel more powerful as he absorbed theirs. The power made him feel good, he wanted more.
More advanced attacks and complex assassinations were brought upon him, and he managed to fend himself off from them. He was lucky that most of his attackers underestimated him, until he developed enough power to defend himself from more experienced attackers. Soon the Fotians took notice of his power and offered him a job with one of their secret organizations. He agreed to it on the condition that he be given access to advanced machinery and titanium. They reluctanly agreed and he took great advantage of this to create his mecha. He was busy with the team on a lot of the missions that the official military couldn't perform. Lots of stealing and assassinations, and when he finished his mecha, they took advantage of that quite often as well.
During one of his missions he was separated from his team and ran into another assassin, their mission was the same, but this assassin didn't like to share. He had an upper hand on Krutik, but fortunately he was saved by the targets body guard. He was thrown off by this, but chose to defend the bodyguard for some reason anyways. The target was already taken care of, but he was shocked at his own actions now. Why did he care about her life? She saved him, but he didn't care about that. Anyways, he fought the assassin with equal power and skill. The guard took some serious injuries from the first attack, but he managed to protect her from the rest of the assassins attacks. The assassin realized the waste of time and chose to make a deal with Krutik. He offered to cease the attacks and spare the guard and the rest of his team, if he agreed to meet the leader of the Dolofon. The assassin was certainly ambitious to think he could beat him and his whole team, but he agreed to meet his leader anyways. He said he would be taking care of the guard first though. The assassin agreed to give him two weeks before he would hunt him down. It wasn't much time, but he agreed to it anyways.
He took the guard with him and began to work on her. A portion of the right side of her head was cut off along with a large part of her arm. He was amazed that she was even alive. He didn't know much about how to fix a body either. A portion of her soul had been taken away with the assassins strange attack. He didn't know how to differentiate souls once they were inside of him, so he instead transfered the part of her soul to a cannon he found nearby. He read her bodies soul and felt a massive amount of energy. He wasn't sure what having part of your soul removed would do to a person though. He could only think to connect her to a machine that could protect her body and hold her soul's energy. He didn't have the time to make a new machine for her though. He had been working on another mecha for himself, but he experimented with her body and finally found a way to connect her to the cannon and to the mecha. He bound them both to her soul and successfully restored it. Her soul was weak now though. With a few more experiments he found he could give her his own energy as well. The time was reaching it's end and she was still asleep. He left her alone and went to meet the assassins.
He met Sleeth with the assassins recomendation. Sleeth wasn't impressed, but gave him a chance the same as everyone else. The target was a Fotian general. Sleeth was trying to test Krutik, but he didn't know he hated the Fotians more than anyone else. Upon killing the general he quickly returned to check up on the guard. She had awoken though. She was terrified and confused at what was going on and nearly killed Krutik. He explained the situation to her and calmed her down. Cara told him her name and agreed to wait a little longer for him to return and give more details about what would happen to her.
He returned to Sleeth and finished his business with him quickly. He didn't rush anything as he knew getting on the bad side of him would be very bad. He returned to Cara and began to explain more about everything to her, even himself. He explained that with some more experimentation he might be able to make something that could allow her to leave the mecha. Seeing as how she didn't have much of a choice she agreed to stay with him. He quit working for the Fotians and began working on her full time. Several weeks later, he was able to use a helmet to remove her from the mecha. He was able to install one of the mechas ocular sensors into the helmet, and bind it to her for better vision. Unfortunately he couldn't remove the cannon from her. Playing with souls was a very tricky and messy business and it seemed to have become a part of her. He did shorten it's wires and connected it directly to her arm. She took most of the situation well, and adapted easily to her new 'head' and 'arm'.
Once he had done everything he could for her, he told her to leave. She refused him and after much arguing and threatening, he gave up and let her stay. He told her that if she was staying, she would be working. He began to pick up jobs as a mercenary from anyone again. Her cannon actually helped with some of his assassinations from Dolofon, and her help in the mecha was helpful for some of the larger contracts. They picked up random missions for several years to come and were in Sol for this latest mission. They were looking to pick up a contract to be some guards for a noble in Sunfire. Trivia: Cephalacaudal recapitulation is the reason our extremities develop faster than the rest of us.

Apparel: Cara wears a tight silver skin suit with hues of blue and purple. Thanks to an incident, her right arm is a cannon and her right eye is cybertronic. First impressions would place her as a class clown, and one to shirk responsibilities, but when it comes to results, she gets the job done. Cara isn't to fond of her mecha as it was built by a Fotian, and is rather bulky. Her natural style uses speed and agility, while her mecha is a slow tank. She's not to keen on the weapon set either. Even though the style is very slow and Fotian, she loves her machine. It helped to save her life.
Height - 5 meters Metal base - Titanium Type - Medium Power source - Electric, hydraulic, hydroelectric, soul. Krutik designed one of his mechas to work with Cara's soul. Realizing she didn't have the soul power he had, he adjusted her mecha to run on hydraulics and electricity. She uses her own power to build up the water pressure, and a battery is also located just below the cockpit. Krutik can recharge her soul with his own reserves, if she begins to drain herself. Equipment - Twin heavy machine guns, twin plasma cannons and triple flamethrowers that spread fire in a thin cone. All the weapons are on one hand and cannot be fired simultaneously.
Exp: Cara loved shooting growing up. It was a relief to her perfect life. She began when she was a child and has become very good at it. She was also very naturally athletic, and found most activities to be easy for her to pick up and learn. Water Manipulation was a basic course taught in her school, and she was very eager to master it and use it to keep water with her always, even while on land. She would daydream often and soon others began to hear her dreams as well. She soon learned to intentionally use this to speak, and how to limit who could hear. Her school was prestigious for mages as well. Freezing water intrigued her and she learned the skill from a master. She continued to see him repeatedly for lessons on how to better use it. She practiced often so that she could show off her amazing ability to others. All of this was very good for a teenager, but she desired to go to probably the best university in the nation. It's writing program was top notch. Another feature was that it's security program was top notch as well. If student's could pass the extensive tests to become a part of security then even they could join. She was accepted into the universities writing program and passed the security program's tests with flying colors. Everything was going well until her life was flipped upsidedown. One night she saved a man during an assassination attempt. She was out for the next few weeks when she awoke within a mecha. Unable to escape the mecha, she waited for the return of the one that placed her inside. When Krutik returned, he created a helmet to cover her wounds and replace her lost eye, and replaced her lost arm with her cannon. Scared of what to do next, Unsure of how people would react and slightly attracted to Krutik, were all reasons why she refused to leave him. She ended up joining him and working even harder to perfect her aim and powers.
Spells: Perfect Shot - Her ocular rift is very advanced, but with added soul power it's performance enhances drastically. Combined with her years of shooting practice, her aim becomes remarkable. Freezing - She has the ability to cool water to points well below freezing. Combined with her water manipulation she can create many objects from ice. She can even freeze the water inside of someones body. Her most impressive use of this spell is cryostasis. Abilities/Powers: Lassa 60% - Water Manipulation Sol 40% - Mental Communication Hindrances: Gills - She can currently only breathe water right now. Limited soul - She cannot replenish her soul power as she uses it. She relies on Krutik to restore her soul power if it gets low. Loud thoughts - Sometimes she can forget about her ability to mentally communicate and begin to share her private thoughts with those around her. Unknown Weaknesses: Dries out easily - She requires lots of water or gets sick. Never serious - Often she can be misread and taken for granted, and she struggles to read the situation at times. Hour of sunlight a day - If she isn't outside for at least an hour a day, she begins to feel weak. Weapons: Ice cannon. Super-cooled particles are accelerated with stored pressure release. Has two settings for automatic fire and single shot. History: Cara was born to a very wealthy family in the underwater of Tearianaris. She lived a good early life and never faced many trials or tribulations at all. She enjoyed writing very much and excelled at it. She was very witty and tended to be the class clown. She never really appeared to work hard, but she often quietly volunteered for things and simply got them done without recognition. Her results spoke for how hard she worked. Everything she did seemed to somehow come out working with little or no flaws.
Cara's perfect life felt very boring at times though. One odd love she had was for shooting. She had her father take her quite often and got very good at it quickly. She learned how to shoot all sorts of weapons with good form and accuracy. Even competing in and winning several competitions. She soon became one of the best young shooters in Tearianaris. Water manipulation also helped to keep her from getting bored. Her mastery of this skill allowed her to go above water during the day. She had gotten good enough the sustaining moving water around her gills became a nearly thoughtless task for her. Unfortunately it always required some thought and she would need some sort of aparatus if she was going to sleep up there.
Her high school years began to teach her the wonders of spells. A magoi taught the class and one of his spells was the ability to freeze water. Cara took a strong intrest to this spell and practiced it quite often and repeatedly. She even found that she could cool herself, and others if she cooled the water inside them. She continued to practice this spell avidly and even sought extra help from the teacher on occasion. This was only one subject though. She found herself wandering off in her mind and daydreaming in several other subjects. She was very embarrassed for a few weeks as she found that other students started to hear her thoughts. She rushed to find the cause of this and correct it. The problem turned out to actually be quite fun for her. She figured out how to control her mental messages, and even send them to specific targets within a full room. She could share funny comments clearly with all the students, without the teacher knowing a thing. Although the classes chuckling and laughing normally gave it away.
She made it through high school without a hitch, and was accepted to her dream university as well. The university was above water, but had submerged dorms to accomodate the water breathing students. She was enrolled in their creative writing program and specialized in fiction and action. She had her girly attributes and seemingly ungirly attributes, but she never really made any fuss over any of it. She just did what she wanted and enjoyed herself. The university had a very extensive security program. The guards were even allowed to carry guns on them, and even got a little mecha training. This was because the university was one of the leading research facilities in Tearianaris. Some of their greatest technological advancements came from there, and they were always working on more. She easily passed all of the extensive tests, and got the marksman award on the shooting portion for a perfect score. Security was a perfect job for her. She got to explore the campus, she could use the shooting range, she met tamers and sea dragons and they even got to ride in one of the universities mechas. College was going well for her and she was in her final year before her world was turned upsidedown.
During one of her patrols, she stumbled into a room where a scientist had been assassinated. A reddish Seraphim stood over him while another Nayu Seraphim looking man was about to kill the first. She wasn't sure what to do, but felt the need to act and pulled her weapon on the Nayu man. The Nayu noticed her movements and began to move toward her eratically and with amazing speed. She fired several shots, but couldn't keep up with him and ended up taking a blow from his fearsome blade. She blacked out instantly and doesn't remember anything until she woke up.
When she woke up, she found herself inside of a strange mecha. It didn't have any controls, but when she tried to do things it responded. She didn't move to much because moving it made her feel weak in a way she'd never felt before. She couldn't figure out any way to get out of the mecha either. She was trapped inside and no matter what she tried or thought, it wouldn't open. Another thing that disturbed her, was she was only wearing her underwear. She had wires covering her body, a strange helmet on her head and her arm was locked into the machine. She was in quite a predicament and decided to wait and see if whoever did this would reeturn. He fortunately returned after a day, but it was the red Seraphim that stood over top of the scientist. She surprised him and attacked him with the mecha, but he quickly explained he saved her life. He began to give her a quick rundown of what happened, and answered a few of her questions. He explained she was trapped inside the mecha to keep her safe and preserve her soul power. He also explained that she was the first one that he had done this with, so he had to experiment with her body and soul. That made her feel a little violated, but when he explained how he used the cannon, helmet, and mecha to recombine her soul, she felt a little better. His tone was very matter of fact as well and gave little inflection to having seen her. She almost felt a little ashamed like she wasn't good enough for him. He left her again for a few days and unlocked the mecha to open so that she could get food and the like. Part of the helmets function was to provide water while she slept.
He returned a few days later and began to work on a way to remove her from the mecha. He also explained in more detail what happened and who he was. Normally she felt like she would have been mad at him, but he wasn't her assailant and he did save her life in two ways. She only counted one of them since she saved his life first though. The removal process took several weeks and was quite awkward as she still couldn't wear much. He dealt with her like she was nothing more than a test subject though. At times she wished he would show some intrest when dealing with her. He was very attractive himself, and he sort of grew on her. He finally finished and removed her by replacing all of the wires and the mecha helmet with a new helmet. It had a cybernetic eye that worked even better than her normal eye, and with his soul binding ability, it felt almost completely natural. The cannon had to remain to her arm though. It became a part of her and held part of her soul. Krutik was unsure, but afraid of what would happen if she tried to go about life without part of her soul. Fortunately the cannon was of Tearianaris design and felt good to her. She was sort of pleased with her new form. She had become what she knew to be, the first actual cyborg. A new wave of emotions rushed her when he tried to kick her out though. She was unsure and a little scared of so many things with her new self. She didn't understand soul power or this technology at all. She let him perform all of those experiments to figure this out and now he was kicking her out. She argued with him and refused to leave, even after he threatened to kill her. She called his bluff though and ended up staying with him for his adventures. She actually keeps a secret diary of a lot of the stories she gets from her time with him. They have been on a lot of missions together now, and he even adjusted her mecha to work with her better. She has put her shooting to use for him and in return he restores her soul power when she runs low. Their latest mission has taken them to the city of Sunfire in Vrondi. Trivia: There is a 600-year-old and 240-paged-book called the Voynich Manuscript, written in a language that's still completely unknown today.

Description: From his Tyro blood, a fair Skin tone typical of a Tyro, but with dense scales as hard as stone from his Oro heritage. Light blue eyes and long dark reddish-brown hair from a mix of Tyro and Oro pigmentations. A tall frame and powerful build honed by training, certainly physically appealing as he flaunts it off with what little he wears. A two dense pairs of draconic horns emerge from his temples curving back slightly over his ears tucked beneath his hair, they will continue to grow overtime and are nearly impossible to break off due to his Oro heritage hardening these, along with the claws on his fingers and toes.
Apparel: Being of Tyro descent, Eden wears very little clothing. Merely an armless brassard over his right shoulder, and a red battle kilt for mobility. The lack of armor is scarcely a problem for one with a body as hard as stone, the brassard is just to prevent recoil damage when using his weapon at full potential. While he walks barefoot, a pair of bladed gauntlets are worn to help protect his hands from the heat his weapon can reach when used and useful in close-quarter combat to parry attacks.

Spells:
(Lesser Pyromancy) Summon Flame: A spell to conjure fire from nothing, by consuming soul essence. Useful for a variety of purposes, from utility to offensive techniques. The greater the amount of fire produced, the more essence consumed. The flames act as normal flames, unlike other pyromancy techniques which use magical flames with differential properties. This also allows them to be extinguished by non-magical means, but do not require energy from the caster to continue to burn once finding an equivalent fuel source.
(martial skill) Impossible Shot: A shot deemed impossible by others, made possible by pure skill. The ability to take a firearm one is trained in and work its mechanics as if like magic. Feats such as shooting the wings off a common gadfly at 100 paces, placing a hole in a tossed coin the at 500 paces, and silencing a screeching eagle in flight at 1000 paces, or a classic test of shooting through 12 wedding bands spaced at 100 paces each. These amazing techniques need focus and perhaps even some mental preparation to judge the distances, however a well timed shot can make all the difference.
Abilities/Powers: Tyro 60% - Fire manipulation Oro 40% - Rock hard hide, claws & dragon wings.
Hindrances: Cocky: far too sure of his own abilities despite actual ability. Short-Fuse: rather short temper makes him easily angered and goaded into foolish things. Tyro - 40% cold blooded Oro - 40% hard scales are heavier slowing them down including wings and hard to file claws.
Unknown Weaknesses: Increased Cold Sensativity: more so than most Tyro due to rapid heat loss. Freud was right: easily distracted by carnal desires. Tyro - 60% overheats quickly.
Weapons: Eden's Gunlance
A cross of medium range and long range weapons, the Gunlance is Eden's weapon of choice. Quickly replicated and forged by Fotian blacksmiths after its effectiveness during the Dragon Wars, the standard gunlance is a standard weapon for ranked military personnel. In design, it is a steel lance, with a set of six barrel bored into the metal haft. While it trades pure strength behind the striking force due to the intricate machinery near the handle, it is this mechanism which allows the weapon to fire bullets from their barrels in a clockwise direction, six shots before requiring a reload by turning the counterweight such that the internal gearwork spins an outer ring of bullets and powder into the six chambers, loading up 30 shots total. A slowly smoldering piece of oil-cloth on a steel can be rotated into position behind the guard of the weapon is used then to individually fire each shot by igniting the powder when quickly pressed into the aligned barrel. The shots themselves are semi-accurate, although due to the design, each shot is off the actual center of the lance tip and instead fire around it which makes it both predictable and unpredictable depending on if the user rotates the lance while using it or not. All in all a useful weapon to take out enemies from a far, then use as a pike for midrange military combat.
Compared to the standard issue Gunlance, Eden's Gunlance is definitely larger. Eden has modified his Gunlance to work with his abilities, requiring no ignition method and using his spells to produce the flames needed to directly fire each round. There are additional shots and powder, doubling his shot count to 60 shots. Furthermore, a gearspring switch allows him to wind the counterweight several times to store coiled energy to reduce the need to reload manually. This allows him to use his gunlance as a gattling gun in rapid bursts of firepower by holding the lance with both hands and holding it against his brassard to resist the recoil of firing so many rounds in rapid succession. This action usually overheats the weapon easily, hence requires some protection to avoid metal burns.

Name- Eve Height- 15" from head to tail, 18" wingspan, stands at about 9" tall. Weight- about 5 lbs. Age- 34 Sex- female Personality- Eve is the more level-headed of the two, but just as easily flustered when Eden ends up not listening to her. She was hatched from her drakeling egg, a subspecies of tiny dragons also called 'fairy dragons' not for their size, but for their uncanny intellect, years ago by Eden on accident and has been his constant companion ever since. Almost like a sister rather than child to the boy, although she can fend her own despite her size compared to her much larger brethren. Despite her attempts, Eden often disregards her suggestions and attempts to keep him inline with the expectations of his royal bloodline. Although secretly she may be slightly jealous of the other girls Eden spends time with, wanting Eden for herself sometimes even. Equipment - None Abilities/Powers- Firebreath - for her size, Eve can produce a rather disproportionate amount of flames and spew forth a large gout of fire at will. She uses ability this to roast Eden sometimes, when annoyed causing some minor discomfort but not enough to harm him to a larger degree. Intellect - she is quite intelligent, having learned to speak and quite possible how to cast basic spells, although as of now she is just beginning to be able to create small flames which pale in comparison to her natural firebreath.

History: Decades ago, it was decided between the two nations of Fotia and Gaia that they should strengthen their relationships being neighboring kingdoms to make steps in unifying the northwest region of Edafos. It was from this that the former Lord Hanoxx's younger sister, Lady Hanoxx, and the younger brother of Queen Niscent, Lord Niscent were to be wed in a diplomatic marriage. There was no real love between them, but both expected the other to grow accustomed to one another. As Lady Hanoxx preferred the hot climate of her own kingdom, Lord Niscent chose to establish a new dwelling for them apart from the political influences of the capitols where they could be further manipulated. To the surprise of both sides of the royal families, He chose the lava chamber of Mount Emberkeen's Wake, the active volcano which shadows the industrious city of Blaze. It was an enormous undertaking to build a palace, let alone a home in such environments, and with Lord Niscent's fascination with Fotian technology and a bit of Gaian ingenuity, within seven years of their engagement, a new royal residence was completed with the blending of Gaian and Fotian design complimented with new-age technology to turn it from an inhospitable lava crater, to luxurious remote gem fully equipped with all the standards of royalty. They were wed here, as family, friends and other guests were invited to view the new royal union, and the royal courts of the future equipped with elevating stone platforms, pressure-sensitive stone doors and animated stone statues amongst the hot springs and steam baths. Everything was perfect, and upon that night they consummated their new beginnings and mixed the bloodlines.
Eden spent his childhood spoiled and pampered within the high volcano's peak. Though he was alone, for the most part, a number of domestic help did keep him company however there was little more to do once he had outgrown the numerous toys and entertainments provided to him this remotely. Thus without anyone around his age, he was isolated until one day he descended down the volcano to mingle within the town of Blaze below. The young master found himself lost in the orderly, but disheveled streets of such a city, unfamiliar with the idea of a working class, but not quite out of place after his laborious task of descending down the mountain without being caught by the house guards. Having taken the long way down, rather than the straight path, he was covered in sweat and grime, having torn much of his clothing and looking not so far different than the common rabble.
He found a life outside those stone walls which enclosed him, a newfound rebellious freedom in the forms of strangers busily going about, to and for the clockwork work cycle. Within a the three of having gone missing, the young lord had stayed several nights at the Foggy Bottom, accompanied by a taste of forbidden fruit of the fairer gender and more experiences than he had ever had in the palace life with the gruff but charming industrial workers. A carosing of mix of hard work by day, but hedonism to cure all the ailments it brought by night, of smoking, drinking, gambling, sex and whatever else it was they worked for. His new mates were shocked when the palace guards showed up to escort Eden back, all this time they had thought he had been joking about being some sort of royalty.
While he was chided for having been so rash, the experience set the tone for the rest of Eden's life, bringing up the pleasure he found below to this estate much to the disappointment of his parents, although they were too busy being summoned back and forth from each capitol for various means to manage such affairs. At such a young age he had already maintained a small harem of serving girls which tended to his desire and turned Lord Niscent's amazing mansion into a den of debauchery for his own indulgence. Of course the outcome of this was being dealt with by some more political pull and Eden's sudden enrollment into the Fotian Army, being shipped out to be trained under the watchful eye of General Zephier, the cantankerous veteran of the Dragon Wars, kept alive beyond his years by a combination of Taxian knowledge, Magoi sorcerery and overwhelmingly complex machinery which has replaced 80% of his body.
It was a difficult regime change, but the ever-resilient Eden kept his staunchly demeanor, getting away with it by birth of royal blood. Even General Zephier, decorated war veteran and outspoken rival of the Hanoxx Clan due to some feuding history, knew better than to push his limits than to openly challenge Eden and perhaps by extension the Gaia nation's royalties into a war. Not now at least, while he was beginning to build his grand army, devoted not to the King of Fotia, but to Fotia herself. A king after all, was merely the figurehead, the land and her people were the true kingdom, and it was the burden of the king to take the sword for them. Hence his gospel of loyalty to one's nation and kin, not one's king. Albeit perhaps the Hanoxx family has merely allowed him to spew his beliefs because the general public view him as a mad old man, who is useful in times of war, but having difficulties in times of relative peace.
Sometime during his training, Eden accidentally hatched Eve, to which she remained with him to this day, ever by his side as he claimed the rank of Captain, by bloodties, despite not having an actual company of men under him and setting off on a journey around the world as clearly they did not think his actions fit for royal court at home. Travelling with both Royal seals of Gaia and Fotia, a heavy bag of coins, the metaphorical clothes on his back, his trusted gunlance, and of course Eve who clung around his neck begging him to just head back home. Captain Eden Niscent-Hanoxx set off to see the world.
