[@DLL]This character is entirely overdeveloped for this RP. That character is easily powered character ground, simply based on her massive amount of abilities, weapons, and passive abilities. That doesn't begin to get into how powerful she is, and what those abilities actually do.

I saw the ability that 'limits' her, but it never states what it limits, and you don't seem to point that out in any way either.
