[@CloseEnough] [@Crossfire] Reese continued to fight with the man, trying to keep him grounded long enough for him to be shot, Reese didn't care about sacrificing himself if it meant that the bandit leader would finally be defeated, he couldn't let this man live, as much as he disliked people being killed, he knew how necessary it was sometimes. “You won't get me that easily you punk.” The leader growled, elbowing Reese in his side, him wincing as his grasp loosened a little before strongly gripping the knife and then pushed the handle to the left, shoving the blade inside the leader to the right, causing more blood to flow out as well as make the man scream, Reese then wrapping his arm around the man's neck to hold him still once more. “You're not getting away from this.” Reese responded back simply, glancing over at Eden he then shouted, “What are you waiting for? I can't hold him here much longer!” “You're a fool, no one gladly dies for other in the waste.” The man spoke as he continued to struggle against Reese's grasp. “Guess I'm just a rare breed.” Reese chuckled back to the man. Ral, Liv and the other bandits saw the struggle going on, but they couldn't get near their leader, nor even shoot at Reese again, the beast was partially in the way, not to mention the leader's size was now more of a hindrance, basically being a human shield for Reese. Liv noticed Brick along with his bodyguard and said, “Hey, what about those two? If we could get over to them, hold them hostage, that doctor would let the boss go, he's too stoic to let them die.” Ral glanced over at them and smirked, “Yeah, that will be good.” They decided to go around the two men, that way they wouldn't be noticed approaching, at least not where the other bandits were and then started to go for their ploy they had used on Reese earlier during the day, “E-Excuse me, could you please help us?” Ral spoke shakily, Liv's arm over his shoulders as they pretended to be innocent civilians. “Please, we only just were able to get out of some rubble that beast caused.” Liv spoke, her facade being very convincing. Reese shook his head a little, trying to stay conscious a little bit longer, he could tell how exhausted he was now that there wasn't a whole lot of adrenaline flowing through him. Though to be honest he was surprised that his body hadn't given out sooner. “Hey look, let me go, I'll not come back after you or this town.” The bandit leader spoke a little more scared now. “No way, I know your types, you'll get patched up and then come looking for me again, harming whoever gets in your way to exact your revenge, besides I tried talking this out earlier, you weren't having any of it.” He spoke, looking on at Eden, hoping she would make her move.
