The training had been brutal, not that it was hard to avoid his mentor just the fact on how hard she actually hit. If this was a survivor then it could do very well to have said survivor on their side, information on the bandits and such. However, Hiro would merely do it because it was in his nature to help those less fortunate, or more fortunate. Regardless, if his squad disagreed then Hiro would go it alone and regroup with them at a later time.
