Domain (Portfolio) Description: Alsildir is a god of death, and his portfolio involves management of souls. His basic job is to ensure that souls are actually allowed to go free and to return to the natural energy of the universe. This puts him at odds with necromancers, resurrection, and beings made immortal. Beings that were born into immortality (Such as gods.) he has no qualms with. Alsildir openly protests resurrection, but doesn't prevent it since during resurrection the soul in question is at least given the choice to come back or fade into raw energy.

Necromancers and those who partake in necromancy, however, Alsildir has no tolerance for. Alsildir is more than happy to attack covens stealing souls to dominate and misuse. This puts him at odds with other gods that may be in existence, but Alsildir is more than happy to engage in war for such a cause.

Beings that have been made immortal are another enemy of Alsildir, and he reaps them whenever he can.

Alignment: Neutral.

Personality: Alsildir is patient, and usually calm. However, he is prone to anger and most other emotions just as other gods.

Alsildir stands outrageously tall, at a good 7' 5". He has a slender build that hides just how physically strong he can be. Alsildir's physical form is completely invisible, so pulling off his hood isn't going to really accomplish anything spectacular. Alsildir sports only one outfit: Black robes with silver trimmings and designs along with silver armor.

One notable feature that's often missing from other gods is the presence of a pair of wings. These wings are made up of simple grey smoke, but they are able to hold onto their shape. However, Alsildir gets his ability to fly through levitation and the wings are mainly decorative.

Alsildir's sole weapons are a pair of scythes. These scythes are intricately designed and well sharpened. The special property about these scythes is that they are able to strip away given immortality, However, born-into immortality isn't easily affected.

Description: Alsildir is rather quiet and reserved. Most of the time he sits out of arguments and doesn't make a lot of conversation since he prefers to simply observe events in motion rather than influence them. However, should someone start intruding upon his domain by way of necromancy or mass/unwilling resurrection, then Alsildir tends to step in at critical moments, preferring a surgical and precise strike at a critical moment over simply reaping everyone involved. Death is inevitable, but to force it doesn't help.
