[@Zombehs]: Honestly, I'd limit its effects on organic matter. It's still pretty devastating if it's only inorganic material(make durability a factor too so he can't just annihilate armor and weapons of enemy characters).

Right now, he's more overpowered then Disintegrator, and that's not something any player character should be. ^^;
