It would've most likely have been nothing more but a simple scratch, but it was rather to get the beast's attention. The host of said beam would be found standing near the creature slowly as a seven foot mech unit, its center palm already smoking from the beam it just fired. A hero has just arrived on the battlefield, for he was Ellis Newman, or commonly referred heroically as "Buster-Fist". "Oi!" the man calls out from within the suit in a slight British accent, "Get your buggering little claws off her you bloody monster! Stand down under the might of "Buster-Fist", or I'll give you an arse whooping of justice myself!" And he meant it of course. He was piloting in a highly-advanced mech armor that he made himself from his freshmen years in high school, till he was in his second year in college. This means he very well knows how to use this suit to its advantage, with his opponent being at least the same stats as his suit, only more organic of course. This was going to be fun, that's for sure.

-Radon Yazama-
Abandoned Ginmura Neighborhood - South Region 10 years ago, this very neighborhood was a beautiful and calm little area for middle-class citizens, with lots of trees and nice-looking houses. The roads and sidewalks were kept very tidy and had little kids often playing ball, or tag, or some other activities here. Overall, it was a pleasant place to be. Now after a now deceased monster managed to scare off the region's population, it has been nothing more but a ruined ghost town, with falling apart buildings and dark alley ways. It was a place that is very ideal for a villain to hideout in. Especially if your someone named Radon Yazama, an A-Class villain that usually lurks in the dark alleys during the day and comes out at night to travel stealthily around the city. It also happens to be a place where heroes often travel through or two, but very few ever leave to tell the tale. That's because the heroes will often encounter Radon himself and then get brutally murdered and pulled away to never be seen again. These heroes are often E to C classes, who are quite inexperienced against a stealthy hunter as Radon himself, but once a B-Class hero came in and also happened to get mauled by the villain, who like the others were covered in brutal scratches and some burnt marks.. However, he was lucky to make it out alive, being one of the only few to tell the tale. And yet... Radon looks nothing more than a regular guy with a face mask. Lurking inside an abandoned building, the said person was just sitting around lazily around the living room area, with three rotten corpses displayed around the area. One is found on the sofa, another on the stairs leading to the second floor, and one laying down on the floor leading to the kitchen area. These were just half of the heroes Radon had murdered in cold blood, but either way he isn't interested in hunting them. He often kills them simply because they invaded his territory and he doesn't like strangers knocking on his doorstep. He's a solitary person, while also being very psychotic in his twisted mind, but also incredibly intelligent and cunning. He looks out a dusty window to see if anyone is passing through. If they happen to be so, he'll be ready for murdering another intruder who dares to cross into his territory...
