Standing there with his hands on his hips, Sethlan watched Alphys move behind the trees and start crying while the yelling boy went to go comfort her. Still wearing the goofy smile on his face, the kind of smile that Burgerpants would wear to his job, the pangolin monster fell back on his usual tactic of trying desperately not to lose his nerve when everything came crashing down around him. It didn't exactly help that the others were largely ignorant of his sudden appearance, but it was a step up from the usual barrage of ridicule he got when pulling a stunt like that. Sethlan mulled over the details in his head to better understand what happened and refine his entrance so he could catch the bad guy before she ran away deeper into the woods. It was this particular detail that reminded Sethlan of something rather important about the current. Namely that there was bad guy running away deeper into the woods. Dreams of heroism surged back to the forefront as he went to get his sword again, which once again embedded itself in the ground next to where Alphys was being apologized to by the loud angry human. "Pardon the interruption," Sethlan explained hurriedly to them as he jimmied the blade out of the earth. "But we'd better catch that human before she gets away! Granted I don't know why, but I totally trust your judgement!" Sheathing the blade on his back, he snapped his fingers and made dual finger pistols at them before turning on his heel and rapidly giving chase to the fleeing human. --- "If there was a piano around here I would have had this one solved already!" Undyne proclaimed as she carefully observed the door. Lying on her stomach in between Papyrus' legs, she was attempting to peer under the heavy wooden door with her good eye when the loud noise resounded throughout the cavern. Leaping to her feet just as Papyrus backed away in time not to get taken out on the way up, she instinctively summoned and heaved a magic spear directly upwards into the cavern's ceiling where it struck home with a resounding 'thunk'. Realizing that the group was not in any immediate danger, she casually brushed off her nice leather jacket as she looked around for the source of that strange sound. “WAIT, WHERE IS MY BROTHER, SANS?” Papyrus suddenly interjected. Undyne looked around again, and indeed Sans was nowhere to be found. Probably fell asleep in the other room, she thought to herself. "Don't worry, I'm sure Sans is around here somewhere," she told Papyrus with a reassuring smile. "Heck, he's probably already investigating that weird noise." Undyne quickly backtracked and spotted the familiar blue-coated skeleton, standing in front of a hole in the wall. "Yo, Sansy! Your brother is worried about y-WOW A TINY HOUSE!" Undyne slipped past the lethargic skeleton and peered in one of the tiny windows excitedly. "This is great! If I had one of these I could use it to store all of my action figures in neat little poses and..." Undyne flushed and peered at a bemused looking Sans as she remembered she wasn't exactly alone. "...AND THEN I CAN DEADLIFT THE LITTLE HOUSE BECAUSE I'M TOUGH AND AWESOME! FUHUHU!" She briefly wondered if she nerded out this much in public before she got together with Alphys. It took her another moment to figure out that Sans was holding something...an action figure? Undyne leaned in to get a closer look and noticed the little girl moving around in San's palm. "Sans...why is that human so tiny?" she asked suspiciously.
