[Colour=DarkGray]Scars of a misspent youth have found a permanent home across Ortiz's body. Black ink presents itself loudly against his olive skin as skulls and murals of long lost friends gather like a mausoleum that hangs below the intimidating recreation of a dogs open maw. 
As is commonplace in the military Ortiz is a heavy smoker. From two hidden pores smoke seemingly wisps from the mouth imprinted on his neck giving him the little known moniker of Hell-hound in his earlier years. In a very practical sense these pores are an active filtration systems that allow Ortiz to avoid the damaging chemicals he breaths in from reaching his lungs, he uses this as an excuse to smoke anything and everything that happens to cross his path.    

Scars of a very real kind can be seen across his abdomen, collateral damage from the explosions that took both his arms. His left is almost entirely reconstructed utilizing two metal bars in place of bone. His right forearm was similarly cut clean off, however much more advanced robotics were implemented not only replacing his fleshy appendage but improving upon it.

Keeping up to date with the latest optic, olfactory and cochlear nerve implants means Ortiz has a reaction speed so developed that he is capable of clearing rooms of multiple assailants before they even realize his presence. 

[I]Stealth specialist -[/I] Having grown up in the slums Ortiz has squeezed his way through many an opening to get where he is going or to escape from whom might be chasing him. His affinity for stealing property flourished as a child and his natural instincts of how to stay hidden have not waned since. He is the go-to man when covert sabotage is required. [/Colour]
