Agh. I hate to double post, but I should ask (since this determines what Maxwell does in the last part of my coming post): do the mission parameters include killing all the enemy pilots, or is it okay if a pilot lives while his FRAME is downed? (I.E. escapes via ejection or is captured.)

EDIT: I'll just rewrite a little so I can do this without needing that question answered.
